Tomorrow, I turn 50.
During October, the people at runr.co.uk are holding the autumn “Leave Nothing But Footprints” challenge in aid of Mind UK. Mental Health is an issue that is particularly important to me and, while Mind are a wonderful charity, they do their work in England and Wales. With that in mind, I will be doing my challenge on behalf of the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).
