As a Scotland fan, I don’t often get much to cheer about. This year’s competition was no exception. And so now I look forward to the World Cup this autumn, in hope more than expectation…

Believe it or not, this particular venue hosted Eurovision in 1972. How times have changed.

One of the best things about working from home, and living in the country, is that my lunchtime walks give me scenes like this.
